Where a site visit is impractical, we run a guided measure — dimensioned photos, structure checks and a signed-off drawing before anything is cut.

- Which awning type suits an exposed, high-wind site?
- Fixed and classical frames, zip-track sunscreens and solid-ceiling awnings hold up best in exposed coastal or highveld conditions. Folding-arm awnings are ideal where you need the option to retract, and can be specified with a wind sensor that closes the awning automatically.
- How long does a custom awning take?
- Most residential awnings are manufactured within three to four weeks of sign-off, with installation scheduled straight after. International and multi-unit orders are quoted with their own lead time up front.
- What warranty and after-sales support do you offer?
